Gelato & Sorbet

   

Bertolotti's gelato recipe is adapted from a 50-year-old family recipe, from cousins on the Italian Riviera.

The Gelato is produced in the handmade style called "artigianale" and is made from hormone-free milk and cream. It contains no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Bertolotti gelato is available for restaurants in 2.5 gallon boxes, or in pints for stores.

Gelato has less than half the fat of regular ice cream, but is actually richer and more creamy.
New flavors are always being invented by our own Dr. Gelato, (an ice cream man with a Ph.D.).
Our regular flavors include:

Vanilla, Chocolate, Hazelnut, Pistachio, Butter Pecan, Butter Almond, Cookie Dust, Cappuccino, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Almond Vanilla Biscotti, Caramel Apple, Peach Melba, Toffee Coffee, Strawberry, Vanilla Cinnamon, Baci, and many more.

  
Sorbet Flavors Include:

Pear 'n' Port, Champagne, Pink Grapefruit, Lemon, Raspberry, Mango, Passion Fruit, and many more.
